They actually work!
After having bought and returned several CANbus error cancellers I have finally found ones that work on a VAG CANbus. The only other ones that worked were the cheap gold/orange anodised resistors, although they worked they get dangerously hot, about 180c to 200c, whilst these Philips ones only get to 55c to 60c, so, no danger of melting plastic or burning paint or wiring under the bonnet. My car is a 2006 SEAT Leon mk2 and I had bulb flicker when turning on the ignition and the bulb warning on the dash when the lights were turned on, all fixed.

Does Nothing to Resolve CAN bus Errors (Audi A4 B7)
This CAN bus LED controler does nothing to resolve errors when trying to use LED bulbs. Also control unit is the size of a mobile phone and does not fit into sealed headlamp on an Audi A4 (B7). It would required extensive modification to secure to the vehicle. Unless supplier / maker provided a list of all vehicle makes and models that this controler is compatible with and fixes CAN bus errors, I would not consider purchasing.

Yes but
So got these to use with Phillips led H7 bulbs, stops the slight flickering and ensures the bulb out message doesn’t pop up. They get hot actually very hot, so please if your using these please ensure they are not sitting on any rubber hoses or wiring harnesses. I’ve used plastic cable ties to secure them to the inner wings of my car, I also used some tape to ensure the plugs stayed together. I’d rather not use them due to heat but needed to and they do work. Recommend A+++

Much better than the cheapo orange ones
Whilst my headlights were working fine with some different resistors (the orange type) I was concerned about how hot they were getting. The heat from them also meant that I wasn't able to locate them within the headlight housing as it would've melted wires and plastic, so I had to cut a hole in the headlight cap which was resulting in moisture getting in. So, I swapped out to these philips ones and they remain much cooler and have put them in my headlight housing. Whilst the instructions say you should keep them away from plastic I have had them on for a few hours and they can still be held comfortably within the hand, so I am not concerned. Like anything else philips they feel good quality and well made.

Didn't work on Mercedes W204
I only got these to stop flickering on my W204 Mercedes C class (2013).It doesn't resolve the issue but changed the problem. If i have my lights on automatic, they will still flicker (using Philips LED). If i turn the switch to manual on, the flickering stops and the lights become a tad brighter (weird). You can easily spot this when behind a vehicle and you can see the light beam.I changed them as i thought the first pack may have been faulty. Same issue again.I love the LED lights but this is a hassle. Can't seem to get hold of Philips so if anyone from Philips is reading this, please respond.Gave it 2 stars only because of the great build quality and ease of installation.
