These things taste so good I almost had to stop myself from taking more than the recommended amount. I purchased them around the holiday season to give my immune system a boost during visits from friends and family. They worked super well and I avoided catching any colds or minor bugs.

Quick & Easy to take - But, way too tart for me-over 50 yrs old - maybe kids will like it?I prefer the Gummies or Effervescent tablets.

These are just the right amount of berry tasting without being overly sugary, nor sour like the orange version.
