Is this supposed to fit over the outer lips, or in between the inner and outer lips? it seems pretty narrow to fit over both. Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us! For me, the back edge of The Tinkle Belle is placed behind the urethra, midway across the vaginal opening. Every woman is a little different so the device will work well as long as there seal around the urethra. It may encompass some of the skin.
