K&NAir Filter Cleaner and Degreaser: Power Kleen; 32 Oz Trigger Spray; Restore Engine Air Filter Performance, 99-0621, Black

I needed to clean my air filter so I cheated and used TSP. Did a fair job. I ordered this product and resprayed the filter. It removed everything that was left on it.It's the correct product for the job. I am suprised that TSP didn't do a better job than it did. The cleaner sort of smells and feels like the TSP. The big difference is its the correct cleaner for the cotton filters. It's faster as well.

Bottle leaked in shipping, but not much. Product worked great for kn air filter in my truck.

This spay really cleans the dirt out of the filter so the filter is ready to reuse again. I have been using k&n filters for years.....

Nothing beats K & N air filters for your car. Nothing. I keep a second set of air filters when I change the oil on my 2017 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400. The filters allow the engine to breath with less restrictions. Being able to clean them properly instead of just tossing the old ones away is a greener way to go. This spray cleaner works perfectly and since all my vehicles use the same brand of air filters, it is more convenient than the kits with cleaner and oil. My only complaint is the sprayer head plastic breaks easily. Minor thing but it made me rate 4 stars instead of 5.

Great cleaner, easy way to save money with your K&N filter Although I clean mine at 10,000 because it seems like my mileage was getting lower than usual. I took it out, sprayed generously with the cleaner, let it set the 10 minutes and ran water through it from the side where its clean to flush out the dirt on the other side. I used a low pressure from the shop sink faucet, warm water, just because, that....no high pressure water or you will damage the filter, if there is any debris left in there, I used the sink sprayer, or use something really thin to pick it out, compressed air not recommended as well, you might damage the filter, then when you are SURE you cleaned the cleaner off the filter completely with water, let it air dry, when it is dried completely you re-oil it with the k&n oil till its evenly red on all the filter media, do no over oil it, as long as it turns red, no white, you're good. I have used this on filters that ware very old and really packed with gunk and it really worked well. I'd buy it again.the cleaner overall does an excellent job of cleaning the filter

I've used this product many times in the past but each time I did it was the small bottle included with the filter that I used. This stuff is exactly the same as the smaller bottle and therefore works the same, which is to say very well. You spray it on the filter, let it sit for 10 minutes or so and rinse with water. There are two benefits to the larger bottle. First is that it is more economical. I have four vehicles with cotton oiled air filters and this bottle should last a fairly long time. Also, it is much easier to spray into the filter than with the smaller bottle. I also feel because it is easier to spray and direct you will use a little less cleaner your filter which should make it an even better value yet.
