Latest Microsoft Surface Pro 4 - Intel Core, 4GB Ram, 128GB SSD, Bluetooth, Dual Camera - Windows 10 (Renewed)

I got one in fair condition and it works great! pretty much only damage on it is a few tiny stuffs on the kickstand, otherwise it looks brand new. While a couple of the reviews on here had me a little nervous, so far it's worked great for me for what I wanted for (which is for art using krita) I'm not sure how great it would run heavier duty softwares such as photoshop or clip studio, but for krita it works really great. I got a Microsoft pen to use with it and the pressure sensitivity is wonderful right out of the box! it's able to run different tabs smoothly and I've experienced basically no lag. The Palm rejection also works really great Definitely don't think this would be great if you wanted something super heavy duty and powerful but for the price I don't feel like you should be expecting that

It was great product - when it worked! I ended up returning it. I bought a refurbished unit. The operating system continually locked up to the point it no longer functioned at all. Sometimes it would go for several hours, and other times it wouId lock up trying to start after doing a re-boot from the last time it locked up. I tried all of the fixes that were recommended, even doing a full re-fresh.As I said when the product worked it was great. I had read reviews on it prior to the purchase, and although this lock up was an issue noted by many. Everyone said this was fixed with the upgrades the other Windows 10 firmware. so not sure why it was still an issue with this unit.

Looks new, acts like it’s new. I am more than thrilled for this purchase.

Surface tablet arrived in like new condition. Only thing I would have negative to say was it said arrives in one day, but it arrived three days later.

I love the product itself but after time I’ve encountered some issues. I’ve had it for about 6 months & the battery life lasts me all but 2 hours. I’m having to constantly carry the charger around. Also now it won’t even start without it restarting itself every 2 minutes. Says it has encountered a problem.

Great tablet. I bought both the i5 and the core m. They're both incredibly powerful and comfortable.Te tablet is probably twice as thick as an ipad air but a lot more felixible. I think it's imperative to buy the smartcover to have a full experience.After updating drivers and updating, it works dandy.Pen is really cool. I had the surface 3 and the difference is huge!

The first one's touchscreen wouldn't work. Wasn't even able to start the set-up or anything! Returned, ordered the second. This one won't power up even after charging, holding power button down for 20 seconds and all of the other "fixes." Returning this one, maybe number three will be the charm! Third one WASN'T the charm! Worked, started using. Battery was fully charges after 360 minutes went to 40% dropped to 10% in 10 minutes, then died...... Giving up on trying any more.....
