Excellent Dehumidifier
Excellent dehumidifier for removing moisture in my bathroom. Small size that doesn't take up to much space. Runs quietly. Automatically shuts off when reservoir is full. Easy to operate and works well.

I really like these
This brand is the highest quality desiccant I own. For the most part, all of the internal medium is the same, but the caging of this brand is by far the most robust. It’s works well for its intended purpose of removing moisture. When I’ve baked these to remove moisture they heat up quickly and uniformly since they are a bit thicker metal. There was no issues with smells. The color changing function is on par with the other companies that use the same stuff and works well to help determine when they need to be baked.

Simple and Easy to Use
Really nice looking product. Feels solid and doesn't have a cheap feel or look. I'm not sure how effective it will be at removing humidity/moisture from within my gun safe but it is pretty idiot proof in terms of use and effectiveness ... the beads change color when they have absorbed too much moisture, and they need to be dried out. And that is just a matter of putting the entire cannister in the oven and then good as new and back in the safe. I anticipate this working as advertised and lasting for years and years.

Forget about Dehumidifier Rods
The only way to remove water from the air (humidity) is to transfer it to something/somewhere else. This Canister Dehumidifier will entrap it. You might need several of them, depending on how well sealed your safe is, how large it is and how much humidity you have in the air.Pros:* It will remove the humidity from the air by entrapping it.* It becomes pink when it is saturated.* The container is well built/designed.Cons:* You might need several of those, which will take a good chunk of space from your safe.* You will need to dry it pretty often. I am in California, which is pretty dry and I still need to put it in the stove after a few weeks.
