They are just fine

I tried all 3 on. The small was definitely too little for my nose, the large was a little too big, and the medium fit well but I didn't get the same air flow increase as I did with the large. Slept in them the first night with no discomfort, but they weren't as good as the stick-on nasal strips (I just hate the residue, it makes my nose break out).However after watching the how-to video I noticed the paddles were adjustable... great design choice. Now after adjusting the paddles to be more open, I'd say these are just as good as the stick-on's. Work great for me, only regret is not finding them years ago. Side note, I wish these came in clear instead of yellow. Heard the clear mute ones were a little too soft, so I'll stick with these, but perhaps I'll give them a try.Would recommend, especially if you have a deviated septum like me. Night and day difference. I have a monitor that tracks my sleep every night, and when I have these in, it's night and day on how well my sleep quality is versus when I don't.

Bought this in January so ive been using it a few months now for different things, and thought its a good time to finally review. I really love this product, and i researched tons of types of nose dialaters before picking this one, i am so glad i did!I have small nostrils (see pictures) that prevent me from getting adequate air (not sure if its deviated inside too) i also noticed i mouth breath alot because of my small airways. In winter months it gets so dry and harder for me to get enough air in, and as you can see in the photo where I'm wearing it-it reeeally dialates allowing effortless breathing! Its a huge relief when you first feel the ease in breathing like this, its almost intoxicating, definetly encourages relaxation too.Each one is adjustable, so you can open them a few more levels if needed before trying a size up. I use the smallest one an it fits perfect. It takes getting used to a few times bc it is a foreign object, but its soft silicone, nothing hurts, i havnt been sore using it. The first handful of times i fiddled with placement but now im used to it and dont have issues popping it in and leaving it alone, i honestly think you just need to get used to the feeling.So i use the dialater when im home because i enjoy being able to breath so easy, also during workouts so i dont mouth breath (it helps my workouts a lot) and at night if i feel stuffy. It hasnt fallen out, i might need to reajust if im doing cardio or sleeping and bump it. I dont need it for snoring so i cant say anything about that.If i wasnt so self conscious of how flared my nose looks with it in i would honestly wear it outside day to day because its that helpful in increasing airflow.Amazing product, not even mad i have 3 sizes bc otherwise i might of purchased the wrong one, and i can gift the other two eventually :) the price was great too!
