Recipes with stevia extract:
Gallon of Sweet Tea. I steep (4) Quart Tea Bags, I then add 1 teaspoon of stevia extract and 1/2 cup of real sugar. This makes my tea only have 1/3 the sugar that i used to use and it tastes almost the same.

Good taste, effective at sweetening
First package from Bluegrass Superior Foods dissolved readily. The second one from another source doesn't dissolve without effort. I stir the liquid rapidly and tap the stevia in so it like a powder on top. Let it submerge naturally. It happens fairly quickly. The taste suits me

Exactly as described
Use this daily in my tea. It's expensive but needs very little to sweeten

Has a nice sweet taste with no unpleasant aftertaste
The powder is very fine and is difficult to use the small plastic mini scoop when trying to get the product out of the bag. It also tends to be very easy to have the powder go airborne even when closing the bag.The powder is a little slow to dissolve in a cold liquid but the taste is pleasant and sweet. I did find that when there was some extra powder on the handle when adding to your liquid it could be too sweet so I tried not to add any extra if possible. But it is not easy using the scoop in the bag as the handle is much shorter than the bag.

Same price, half the product
I have been using this product for a while now and my issue is not with the product but with the seller.Their container used to be 1 oz and now they are 1/2 oz and cost the same as the 1 oz. My mistake was not looking at the size when I bout it, but reducing by half the product size and selling it for the same price as before? That feels unethical

Great value.
Update. Hit "Buy Again" and reordered item. When it arrived the container was only 1oz. instead of 1.25oz. which was what the prior size was and was the size shown when reordered (when the serving size is 1/32 teas. .25oz is significant). Additionally the seal under the lid was loose allowing everything else in the shipment to have a coating of sticky white powder. Kept that item but will probably look elsewhere for a similar product. Have seen a different brand for a lower cost so might give that a try..885 1/32 tsp servings per container which I believe the amount of Stevia in the provided "smidgen scoop". According to the label 1 scoop is the equivalent of 1tsp of sugar. I put a slightly rounded scoop in my coffee (16 oz. cup) and it is just sweet enough. I also don't detect an artificial taste with it.

Perfect product, container design needs adjusted.
Stevia Select sent me their product promptly and came well packaged. The design of the container is satisfactory, but who buys a product for the stuff you throw away, I buy it for what is in it. It does not come with a mini spoon, which would be very valuable. (After contacting the company, they will be in the bottles in mid-April). There is two sides to their lid. One is a half lid which is great for scoops, but the other is large enough to fit a pepper corn through. It would be nice if it was the size of a salt shaker hole, but the company said that would not be possible. They suggest to use a toothpick to poke little hole in it. This does work well. This is the only reason I am giving the product a 4star instead of a 5star review is the lid. It is not on the packaging that I saw, but that is what they said in an email that I sent to them. Since I bought two, I am using one to sprinkle and the other one to scoop since I already opened the first one.The customer service is out of this world. I have had to contact them a few times and I ALWAYS get a quick and timely response, sometimes even late at night. The product is where it is at though. Many stevia companies are going across the globe to China to receive their stevia, however this company gets their stevia from South America. What’s the difference? A LOT!!! Most companies a few years got theirs from South America, but China undercut them, so to save a few pennies they switched their products AND their formulas. The leaves that stevia is processed from are a great ALL natural sweetener. However, China’s leaves will most likely leave a bitter taste in your mouth. This is not the case with this product at all. I did not taste the slightest hint of bitterness. The product does exactly what it is supposed to do, sweeten without the sugar or unhealthy unnatural artificial chemicals that are sweet. You can tell it is not sugar, but it is still sweet with no aftertaste. The uses are endless. I can put it in water, make lemonade with it, bake with it (though I suggest to get the stuff with maltodextrine if you are baking), teas, yogurts, and as far as your imagination takes you. If you don’t have an imagination, their E-book is a great tool!Pros:NO BITTERNESS!!!Good flavorGood serving suggestion size-they suggest 1/32 tsp though it is not on their packaging yet. They said they might do it in the future after I suggested it.Great for travelGreat versatilityNo aftertasteCons:First the lid side with holes is WAY too big for a concentrate. It should be the size of a salt shaker so it doesn't pour out. The other thing is that there is no comparison to real sugar and how must to use on the product. After review most say either 1/16 or 1/32 of a tsp=1tsp of sugar. Most people don't have any idea how much that is and most spoons go only to 1/4 tsp. It would be nice to get a 1/16 or 1/32 (I would suggest a 1/32 so it would be easier to double than give a half spoon) cheap plastic spoon to be put inside the container. Again the company said they were going to start including them in April at some point. Other than that, I do not find any cons.
