These colored pencils are a great value for the price. I tried a few others that have been less than satisfactory. THESE pencils seem to sharpen easily, not break the point easily, and color well. I use these with grades K-3 and they have been a great upgrade from the ones I had before.EDIT: I still love the quality, but I have found three boxes so far that have two reds and no pink. While that does not seem like a big deal to adults, it is frustrating to kids when one color becomes in such short supply. I would have contacted the seller, but was past the return date util I realized it, so I cannot contact them. This color lapse is a minor irritation at most and would not keep me from buying these again. The kids have been using them for 6 weeks now, and the results have been great!

As a classroom teacher who uses these for different periods every school day, these are the BEST pencils! The lead does not break easily and sharpens quickly. The density is good, they don't snap easily.

I am a teacher and needed colored pencils for my students. Many reviews said these were just as good as the name brand at a much lower price so I took a chance and bought them. I have to say a agree 100% with those 5-star reviews. If you were an artist, you probably will be able to tell the difference between these and highest quality pencils, but to the average person like myself, they write and the colors look just like name brands. They are a great value and I will be purchasing these again when I finally give all these colored pencils away.

Great colors for the Montessori map curriculum

Bought these to fill Operation Christmas Child boxes, but kept one to use. They are perfectly serviceable pencils for children. I don’t know that I’d be tempted at any fine art with them, but they put colored marks on paper.

I bought a bunch of bulk items for a school donation center. Everyone was happy.

This box is worth it. My students aren't the most graceful, these pencils are still holding strong after half a school year. There are also enough sets to ensure that all the students don't have to share. This saves so much time during class! When it's time to replace these pencils, I'll buy them again.
