No. Totally flat. You might be able to glue a hook of some sort so you can hang them.

Are they slippery when wet?

No, they aren't. It rains frequently where I live. I think your footwear plays a big part, too, though. With the right footwear, they are not slippery when wet.

How much weight will it hold? Can you actually use as stepping stone?

Yes I have mine as a stepping stone. About average in weight very well made I love them !!
