It's pungent and delicious.
I've tried all kinds of olive oils. Most are bland and just taste like grease in a fresh italian dressing or used as a sauce on bread or pasta. This is different. It tastes like olives. Spicy and bold tasting. I kept hoping to find a California oil as good. Nothing tastes this good.

So green... so delicious... the BEST EVOO for cold applications... amazingly bold and fruity flavor, absolutely the best on salads, with bread, really haven't found anything this doesn't make taste amazing!!! love this olive oil, our family's favorite!

Don’t be deceived.
This olive oil is great stuff, no doubt about it. HOWEVER, this seller is only selling ONE bottle for the list price, where in the past, all the sellers sold TWO bottles for their listed price. Alas I got fooled this time.

So mild it basically has no flavor
I would not recommend this olive oil, unless you only use it for cooking and are looking for a very, very mild olive oil.
