Worst experience ever. I bought this item as I've heard blue light blocking glasses reduce eye strain while working on pc.But once I clips it on IT COMPLETELY CHANGED ALL COLOURS OF THE BLUE SPECTRUM on the screen; ex- blue colour changed to green, same for all similar colours. This is problem especially since I work on design seeing the wrong colours will seriously affect the output. They don't even mention this anywhere in the description! I mean should that be a crucial information for the customer? These glasses are completely useless and on top of that the clip is to small and tight that's hard to get a grip while cliping on and removing.I was totally disappointed and wanted to return the product. But the bad news kept coming. It's supposedly non-refundable. The seller is really cheating the customers. It makes no sense that glass are non-returnable. I there's no way to know if the glasses meets our requirements unless we try it on. Especially the fact the changing colours! And what if the size is too small or too large? Are the customers supposed to magically gauge all this just from pictures of the product and half-baked partial description?It's like they know everyone will return it once they get to know this glaring issue and they intentionally made it non returnable forcing their useless product on the buyer.It's extremely expensive like 3000₹ which is unacceptable for such a useless product!I even tried calling amazon customer service for help which was the icing on the cake of this horrible experience. First I'm told I have to speak to the technical team. Then I had to wait forever to get a reply that they can't help since the item is listed non-returnable even after I carefully explained the problems I was facing. I mean how was I supposed to know. It's not like I'm buying a product in hopes of returning it. My only fault was I blindly trusted amazon and overlooked this detail. That aside this product shouldn't have been allowed to be listed as non-returnable in the first place. I tried calling customer service a second time but it's more or less a repeat of the first call in essence they can't help me out since it's listed non-returnable. I mean that's reason I called them in the first place. Then I don't even know what's the point of customer service!Overall all I've lost complete faith in Amazon expecially they're customer service. They shouldn't help sellers cheat the customers and should have strict rules regarding what items can be listed as non-returnable so that they don't take unfair advantage of the naivety of the customers.I want to give negative star for this product and it's seller for causing such a huge waste of my money and time.
