I used it to remove my makeup and it not only worked good gently cleansing but left my skin super hydrated and looking amazing. I knew I wanted to use it as moisturizer, so I searched and found a Reddit that talks about how good it works as moisturizer and I jumped it. I have eczema and psoriasis and it is supple gentle on my irritated skin. I use it all over my body after the lotion and it locks the moisture in without clogging the pores. It doesn’t leave greasy residue after absorbed and improves the appearance of the pores and fine lines. I use it even on my lips since the ingredients are simple and non-irritants. My skin feels soft and radiant right away and my skin barrier is healthy now. I have a jar everywhere and carry a little in a travel tin for when I’m outside. It’s perfect for the whole body and for a complete skincare routine: it cleans, treats, moisturizes, and protects. All for a cheap price! BUY IT without hesitation.

Since the recent new pricing on many of the items that I purchase, I had decided to start looking for cheaper versions or dupes of what I would normally buy. I tend to go for the prestige brands because that’s just me and I just feel like quality is very important to me, especially for my skin. So when my favorite make up remover skyrocketed and extra $13 when it was already 20 some dollars I decided I was not paying that price anymore. So I just got on Amazon and searched makeup remover balm, and this is the one that popped up. It had tons of positive reviews and once I received this product, I will say it’s a huge jar, like this particular makeup remover which I’ve never heard of this brand ever in my life, but this particular makeup remover is very very good. I mean the amount that you get for the price you pay is amazing. I was sold immediately on the size like literally sold once I use this make up remover, which is a solid clear type of balm, and you take it a little bit out and you rub it in your hand and rub it on your face and it turns into like a oil base and you don’t even need to use water, you can just take like one of those make up towels and wipe it off but what I tend to do is I will put the balm in my hand, let it melt 1st, then rub it on my face and take some makeup wipes, and take off the ointment off. I will do that about three times and then I will follow up with a liquid cleanser, so I double cleanse, whenever I wear makeup. I do not take off my eye makeup with this bomb as I use a liquid eye makeup remover for my eyes only. I will continue to repurchase this over and over and over again, so glad I found this. Definitely saving me some money. Wish I had known about this product years ago.

Psssst .... want a good cheap make up remover? This product removes my eye make up and mascara very well and leaves my eye area soft but not greasy. I dont use it as a cleanser but as a make up remover. Its a big tub. Its inexpensive. It lasts for a lonnnng time without aging or spoiling. Its not in a cute bottle and has no scent but man, you get good bang for your buck with this stuff. Been using for years and never disappointed. I think I buy a new tub of it every 2 years. Seriously!! Amazing stuff.

Easily took off my makeup (foundation, water proof mascara) and it felt so nice. I have acne prone skin and this did not irritate my skin. It left my skin feeling so soft. I love this so much and there is so much in the tub. My only complaint is that I’m not crazy about having to use a rag to take the balm off but it’s worth it.

Very good product, but very very greasy. I suppose that’s a given with most makeup melting products or balms/cold creams. It works great on my waterproof products and doesn’t irritate my sensitive, eczema prone, combination skin. I recommend.

I was reading on a book about keeping youthful skin and Albolene popped up. I may have seen it before in a grocery store and took a pass on it because I didn’t know the proper use for it and had other facial cleansers I knew better. I love using clay and Albolene does more than take off makeup, it removes clay as well from your skin so cleanup has been a breeze. Many cosmetics have earth based ingredients that Albolene is noted for being very good at cleaning up as well as fine particles. So between a nice skin glow and a quick cleanup I would buy another tub of Albolene next year when I run out.

I've tried other products like Bator Balm, CeraVe Healing Ointment, KY Jelly, Silicone Lubes. They were okay but higher priced. I found that the old tried and true Alboline do last long for hours of enjoyment. This is my second jar perched so ... I am obviously a repeat customer. I highly recommend this product.
