CeraVe Skin Renewing Night Cream, Niacinamide, Peptide Complex, and Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizer for Face, 1.7 Ounce, Packaging may Vary

I’ve been using Cera Ve night cream for roughly five years now. I honestly can’t get away from it even if I tried. I have dry skin but when the weather gets cold, it gets even drier and flaky sometimes (never had this problem when I was using Cera Ve). Last winter, I thought I should try other brands other than Cera Ve because who knows I might discover something even better. I tried a few Japanese and Korean moisturizers and it just wasn’t enough. It did help in the warmer seasons but not winter. I bought la roche posay triple moisturizer lotion. Yes it does moisturize and I can physically see it but I don’t feel it. My skin just feels like a Sahara desert. The feeling of having dry facial skin was annoying me so much. After spending a lot of money on new products and it didn’t help, I decided to go back to Cera Ve. After a night of using it, the feeling disappeared. Wow would you look at that. The answer has been in front of me the whole time. I was spoiled by the cream for the past years that I didn’t realize how good it was. The thick consistency really helps lock in the moisture and it is way more effective than anything I used. I do say, my sister who has oily skin wasn’t much of a big fan of this. She said it makes her skin oiler and didn’t do much. I’m guessing this product is more suitable with people who has dry skin.

I tried this for very dry skin on the face. Within hours of application I have broke out in pimples all over. I attempted using it for a bout a month and same results every time - white heads all over my face and deep red bumps. Looked worse than I did during puberty and I’m 40 now. I took this product to my dermatologist for an appointment and he told me not to use it anymore.

I’ve paid upwards of $200 for a tiny jar of night cream and not gotten the results I’ve gotten with this. Looks expensive when comparing the cost per ounce, However; take a look at the rich ingredients. Feels amazing on the skin, effective and would be considered high end skin care based on the ingredients. Recommend!

I’ve been using the CeraVe Skin Renewing Night Cream for a while now and I’m genuinely impressed with how well it moisturizes. My skin feels soft, plump, and hydrated for well over 12 hours , it’s perfect for overnight use. One of my favorite things is that it layers beautifully with other skincare products; it doesn’t pill or disturb anything I put on underneath.However, the one downside (and why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5) is the smell. I’ve noticed with this and some other CeraVe cream moisturizers that after a few days, it starts to develop a slightly metallic scent. Not sure why that happens, but it’s noticeable.Overall, it’s a fantastic moisturizer with great ingredients like niacinamide and peptides, and I’ll likely keep using it , just wish the scent stayed as neutral as it starts out.

I am 79 and live most of the time in AZ. My skin was very dry and had lines developed over last summers heat. This moisturizer is amazing. My skin already looks less lined and dewy. This will be my night time moisturizer from now on.

Love this night cream. This last me 2 years because you don't need a lot. Use it every night. My dermatologist recommend it for mature skin been 50 years old. I do notice an improvement on the texture of my face, neck. My skin is soft. It has softened my lines of expression on my forhead.

Quality, effective night cream, even for mature, sensitive skin that is non irritating! Texture is thick but easy to apply. It is non greasy and provides all night moisture. CeraVe never fails me with any of their products! Lifelong fan of CeraVe!

Awesome moisturizer for everyone, especially if you have got dry skin.I started putting it in the morning, under makeup. My skin is SO dry, that with any other face cream, it become flaky after 5-6 hours. It didn't happened with this one. Great product.
