Is the pouch front open/accessible?

Yes, you can access pouch from front while sitting in chair. Great little light weight chair. Have used mine for Turkey season. Comfortable for 4-5 hour long sits.

Whats the weight capacity for this item?

The tag says 200 lbs. Amazon does not mention this anywhere, however. I didn’t know that until my chairs were delivered. A bit disappointing.
