Wonderful taste with a nice rich green oil. I use it to cook as well as my fresh tomatoes with olive oil and balsamic !

This olive oil is amazing. Robust. I take a shot of it in the morning to get those polyphenols. Good flavor. They put love into this olive oil. Kind of pricey but Definitely Worth the money.

Fresh harvest date and good till 2027, taste is good and bottle label lists harvest date and Polyphenol 1440 mg. Highly recommend the brand.

I’m no olive oil connoisseur. But I wanted to buy a high quality olive oil for the anti inflammatory properties. Presuming this is one due to its certification, I purchased a bottle. The oil is quite nice, and while taking a small shot of it, you can feel the polyphynols burning sensation in your throat after swallowing and inhaling.

This is a wonderful olive oil. Understand that it is bitter and peppery. I am so pleased with it, I have put it on subscription.

Product too strong of a taste for me but it is high in polyphenols if that’s what you’re looking for. Company stands by their products.

This seems to have a lighter taste than other High Polyphenol Olive Oils. It has a robust taste and pairs well with the food I eat. It also puts the polyphenol count right on the bottle. Very few olive oils do that. I recommend trying this oil.
