I'm impressed with Gotham Steel pans. I have a couple of them. This pan is large and deep. Just what I needed when cooking large dishes. Nothing sticks to it! I like the color. It's built sturdy but still light weight so it doesn't hurt my wrist when picking it up.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve used this 14 inch pan at least eight times to deep fry in cook sausage patties made homemade shrimp Alfredo and nothing sticks, absolutely nothing at all sticks. I rinse the pan out with hot water and wipe it with a paper towel and it looks like it’s brand new, again nothing sticks whatsoever for me, I would give six stars right now if I could, we’ll see how long it lasts, it says you can use metal utensils, but I do not use any metal Utensils if I do like metal tongs. I do not touch the pan just the food. I left a quick video of sausage patties, not sticking..

THE HANDLES ARE MOST DEFINITELY NOT COOL TOUCH AFTER BEING USED IN THE OVEN. Other than that, this pan is amazing and the handle is cool touch on the stove. I had some baked on gunk after use in the oven, and I thought the pan was done. It was not, it washed up easily and thoroughly. Other than the possibility of error on my part of the handle in the oven, this pan is great!

Excellent product. Have used it a month and the coating holds up much better than Teflon.

Only reason I didn’t give five stars is it is not that easy to clean once the pan cools off. It washes well only if the pan is still warm.

This big pan has a modern ceramic nonstick coating of some magical variety that is safe for metal tools. It's super slippery and super easy to clean. No spalling off bits of teflon PFOAs like the product I threw away when this arrived. Comes with a glass cover. Not super fancy, but also not expensive.

This pan is overrated trash, and this is me being polite. My family brought this pan separately after buying a complete Gotham Steel set (from another retailer) and having that initial pan scratch badly after only a few uses and thinking that must have been a fluke and buying this pan to replace the damaged one. The positive was that this pan was larger with deep sides, ideal for family style cooking. These are still the only positives associated with this pan. My family and I used this pan multiple times a week for cooking all types of items including scrambled eggs, pancakes, braised chicken, sautéing vegetables, and even homemade sauces and gravies.All instructions provided by the brand were followed, including avoiding high heat, and never using metal utensils. I purchased wooden spoons just to use on this pan. The pan never provided even heat distribution, even using on low could lead to sticking and because the heat distribution was so erratic you often couldn’t use the lid to let dishes simmer and flavor develop. From the beginning, the uneven heat distribution meant that almost everything put in the pan caused food to stick. Also, I have no dishwasher and the pan was always handwashed. Since food was always sticking this meant putting in a lot of extra effort, if you have any swelling issues or arthritis issues in hands or feet like I do you will quickly come to hate this pan.It is an absolute lie that you don’t need any cooking oil to use this pan, try that and watch the pan instantly burn. Other reviewers have noted that the pan is warped, this is true of the pan I received. Oil runs to the edges, and I had to try rolling it around the pan or using a paper towel to try and spread it out. This problem is probably the result of poor-quality control, warped pans should never have been sold to customers. The pictures from other reviewers showing the burnt/scratched bottoms are exactly what my pan looked like. I purchased my pan in January 2023, and trashed it by August. Also, in case you're wondering, the entire set has the same problems with uneven heat distribution and sticking, and I am replacing all of them.

Do not purchase this pan..I used it three times before stuff started sticking... the non stick wore off quickly...poor heat distribution.Very disappointed. This pan is over rated. Should be reported for false advertising.
