I purchased for my mum.. finished full bottle but not any difference in her legs cramps.

I have always used Betteryou magnesium spray but thought let me give this one a go but it’s more like water with the betteryou spray it is more oily also this product does not state how much Mg is in per spray for me personally I do not recommend this product
