WHAT TO SAY-PERFECT!!!
The media could not be loaded. What do you say about the equipment command that matters most in every photographer's frame? I used to use the Classic mini, but overall colorCjecker passport photo 2 jr is just an amazing piece of equipment. We've all had at least one problem delivering a photo with the real colors they are. Especially when it comes to red roses, let's say any other sensitive objects. In marketing, every detail is very important, especially a faithful bird of color. ColorChecker allows us to do that.I'm really not exaggerating when I say that ColorChecker photo 2 is the most important piece of equipment that can always be used everywhere. It's great made, although the compounds could have been made a little better because sometimes it looks like something's going to break. It's just that feeling, and don't worry. It'll probably lie down in time. I could write about this by tomorrow, but for lastLet me just say it again: even though it's an expensive product, I know, it's worth more than that, because it'il save you a lot of time.Quite simply, it should be your primary piece of equipment. Thank you Calibrite for a product like this! Great recommendation!

Picture perfect prints.
I secured a job photographing some art work, this was a great purchase to ensure colour accuracy. Very portable great quality and functions very well. Just follow the simple instructions. I was able to reproduce prints of the art work (with the right printer) much more accurately than the professional print places they tried.

Whatever calibrite say, don’t clean it.
My calibrate photo checked passport 2 arrived covered in dust which I think has come from the cardboard packaging as can be seen in my photos. Some of the dust blew off but a lot remained so having checked the manual the advice is to gently brush off any dust, which was fine for the most part but has left my black swatch with a sheen instead of being matt. This may not matter in practice, however I shouldn’t be opening this kind of kit and finding specks of dust all over a lot of delicate colour swatches. The case seems to come in for a lot of criticism and I can see why. When you open the colour checker ensure that you press the central leaf firmly into its divot, and then pop the lid for whichever side you need, they are detented which is good but I would say they’re overly stiff and you have to be forceful with it the first few times they’re opened, though this should ease up with use. That very same stiffness may, as with other reviewers, end up with you putting a finger or thumb on a swatch so be careful. In terms of performance the calibrite/x-rite colorcheckers have a good reputation, I already own a colorchecker digital sg which I use for colour matching video across multiple cameras which is handled in the davinci resolve studio software by picking out the same 24 colour patches as are present in the colorchecker passport.Calibrite do sell a colorchecker specifically for this purpose which aligns colour reproduction much more nicely with a vector scope which may be more important if you’re filming professionally, but it’s more expensive, the grey swatch is too small to be reasonably used to set the white balance in camera. I’ve had good results with the sg and I just wanted something more portable that I can throw in a camera bag with the rest of my gear. The lanyard is a nice touch and includes a quick release should you need to disconnect it for any reason. It might seem that this is quite a pricey piece of kit for a bunch of coloured squares, but as with anything of this nature you’re paying for colour accuracy and calibration, and I can tell you that if you’re filming multi-cam, especially across different models, being able to get your colours close in post with a minimum of fuss will save you so much time that the colorchecker will soon pay for itself.

Excellent bit of kit
Works wonders with all or cameras, including the ones on the drones.

Creaky!
Disappointed that the product is so stiff to open and close and creaks when you do - it feels as if it's going to break at some point, leaving me with very low confidence in its longevity. Not good enough for its price point. Surprised, as the build quality of the Calibrite 123 is fantastic.

A must for anyone serious about photography
Having a colour checker with grey cards is a must have for any serious photographer. Including it in the first photograph taken in a session will ensure that you can get the correct white balance and accurate colours in all of your pictures.Calibrite is a very good brand and the cards that come with this ColorChecker Passport pretty much cover you for all eventualities for correct colour matching. The case is well designed and can stand on its own if needed. You also get links to free downloadable calibration software and user guides with the product.

Easy to use
It's very easy to use. can be used to correct white balance on it's own or can be combined with a lightroom plugin downloadable from their webpage.
