It has been 4 days since I have started taking this (along with AS Grassfed Kidney supplement) and I feel almost like my old "normal" self. After almost two years of suffering of deteriorating health (allergies, asthma, severe respiratory problems, GI issues, peripheral neuropathies and finally anaphylaxis), I felt helpless and doctors were useless. Looking back, although I thought I was perfectly healthy before, the fact that my body would overreact to mosquito bites was an initial sign. Turns out I have high levels of histamine in my body and therefore overreacting to everything and anything. Parts of my body would go numb and/or a constant feeling of "pins and needles".Anyways, after a lot of research I read about Histamine Intolerance (again, doctors were no help) and decided to try this supplement as I understand it stabilizes mast cells, and try the other (already mentioned) supplement, to break down the histamines from the food I eat.It has worked like wonders! Most of the neurological symptoms are gone (at least 80% of them at this point), and I can eat a full meal again (albeit, low histamine foods at this point). I had dropped 16 pounds in 3 weeks so this is a big deal to me.I'm sure there is still a long way to recovery but I haven't felt this well in over two years.The packaging is a bit messy but that's just a small inconvenience, what matter is that it works!!

The powders mix better and warm water I like making a cold green drink in the morning with wheatgrass, lemonade electrolytes by Altima and the q u e r c e t i n. I also like to add a scoop of a s t r a l a g u s powder. I think the green drink is so delicious

A year and a half ago my allergies started going crazy. I developed a bunch of food allergies. I developed allergies to smoke, exhaust, frying food and lots of other things. I started having reactions where my face, chest, upper arms and back would swell and get painfully hot, along with being bright red and sweaty. I would have joint pain and brain fog and sometimes my throat would swell. I went to an allergist, who wasn't any help. I started reading about my symptoms and taking antihistamines, but I was still having at least one reaction a day. I ordered this quercetin because I read that it might help, and I've been taking it for three days. I wanted a powder without bromelian because I'm allergic to pineapple. This product suits my needs perfectly. It comes with a measuring scoop. I've been sprinkling it on a slice of toast and then putting sunflower butter on top, since I read it's best taken with a bit of oil. The three days I've been taking it are the first days in more than a year that I haven't had an allergic reaction. I went to the grocery store, which is usually a problem for me, and didn't get a big, red sweaty face like usual, and didn't have to take benadryl when I got home from the store. This is a huge improvement and I will continue taking quercetin and update my review in a couple of months.

Clean product that is competitively affordable. Unfortunately, the bag is low quality which gets messy as soon as you open it. This product also stains everything it touches which doesn't make it any easier.

I use this product for gut health. I had made a difference.

If you’re looking for a Quercetin product for dogs, I would be weary of this one. I gave this product to my 4-yr old lab for seasonal allergies. I gave him about 300mg (a little over 1/2 scoop) which is about 2/3 of a full dose for a dog his size. The next morning, he woke up and looked drugged. He didn’t have his normal pep and lagged when I called him to come get his food which is insanely abnormal since he’s a lab and he lives to eat. It was like he just woke up from anesthesia. Since Quercetin is supposedly “Nature’s Benadryl” according to Google, I thought he was just drowsy and it would wear off throughout the morning, but as the day progressed, he began to struggle to walk. His gait was off and it was really hard for him to go from sitting to standing. I called poison control and they researched the source of the Quercetin in this product (Sophora japonica) and concluded it is non-toxic for dogs, but he seemed to be getting worse so I took him to the ER. At the ER, he couldn’t walk up the stairs to get into the clinic. His mental state seemed off, like he was intoxicated. I had to carry him up the steps. We did a drug test, full blood work, and a urine test and all came back normal. The vet mentioned he had “pelvic limb ataxia” which means there’s an issue in the L3-T3 area of the spine. It could be from a pinched nerve, herniated disc, or something else neurological. She said it was a mild case and couldn’t find anything else wrong, so she sent him home with a wait-and-see approach. I don’t doubt he has a deficiency in his pelvis since we hike hills a lot and he gnaws at his hips sometimes, but I wasn’t convinced this was the only thing at play since his ENTIRE spirit/being was off. Like I said, it’s like he was drunk or drugged. We brought him home, I gave him a large dose of CBD, and he slept for 13 hours straight. He woke up today with crazy energy and back to his old self. I still don’t know exactly what happened and I’m thankful we’re out of the woods (at least so far), but if you’re looking for Quercetin for dogs, consider our story before you purchase.
