Total fraud.
The entire product was a total failure. The product stated that it came with fragrance oil. But only the plug in warmer came that too with a USA plug. Pure cheat. Even after my complaint no action had been taken. Rs 1500 total waste. Amazon should do away with such products to maintain its integrity.

Beware of this product, won't work in India
This product won't work as this needs 120v input, not 220v. Please avoid buying for India usage
