Does the job and then more! Just great!
Purchased this replacement filter kit after having had the Germ Defense in my Rabbit Purifier for a year. I chose the Odor Reducing model this time around for my wife's morning sickness. I have the Minus A2 and didn't want to spend the $$ for a new air filtration unit. She had staying asleep due to the cooking smells in our kitchen and so it was a no brainer. Replacement was easy as usual. You detach the front panel of the Minus A2 and then remove the 4 filter and pre-filter casing follow the order with the included instruction and bam it is ready to go. Before doing so, you need to vacuum the existing dirt piled on the pre-filter.The change is not instantaneous. Nor can we actually take Rabbit Air's Claim that it actually removes odors with the naked eye or just the ordinary nose. However, my wife's morning sickness was subdued the next morning and well, subjectively speaking of course, it works! It may not do wonders, but it worked to a point where the wife was not bothered. The unit did an amazing job absorbing the odors and blasting fresh, filtered air throughout the room. However, every time I stepped out the bedroom door, the cooking smells abruptly blasted through my nose and noticed the difference in the air quality. It made me want to go back in to my bedroom and stay there.PROS:+ Easy installation+ Works as advertised+ 4 filters plus special odor reducing filter work together to clean the airCONS:- Price (Was worth it for me at any cost)Is it worth it? Price wise, no. But for the sake of my wife and baby on the way's well being, yes! No question about that!I just wish Amazon sold these instead of Rabbit Air exclusively so I can use Prime.Even with expedited shipping for $20 more, it took nearly a week to get to me!Does that subtract one star? No, I am reviewing the filter itself and not the vendor nor shipping speed.

Rabitair filter sets are excelent quality.
I have been using Rabitair for 7 years and think their filters are the best. The quality is always top notch and they work great.

Very effective air purifier. Easy to use. Quiet.
Rabbit Air keeps my home air so clean. Its quality is worth the price. The design is attractive, not an eyesore like others. The automatic setting works great. It accurately senses air quality, displays the air quality & adjusts the motor speed accordingly. It is easy to use & it's easy to change the filters. I just *love* this air purifier.

Works great
Rabbit air really works in our home. We have 5 furry pets and cook a lot. We actually bungee corded the device on the banister above the stove out of the way. We never have that stale cooking smell in our house. Also, with our gas stove, fumes can travel upstairs. We like the toxins filter for that reason. Important to change the filters on schedule, but our quality in our home is so much better. We live mostly off-grid in a log cabin, so things like mold/must, wood smoke (winter), and gas fumes from the stove were issues.

Breathe easy
I don't know what I would've done over the last few years if I didn't have my MinusA2, and these filter replacement kits, to keep my home environment clean. I'm not sure if links are allowed, but I've created an imgur album with pictures of what the filters looked like after 8 mos of continuous operation on auto mode in an approximately 150 square foot closed off (door always closed, excepting awful drafty jalousie windows) bedroom in the SF Valley, one building off Ventura Blvd here: [...] . If they remove the link and you'd like to see it, just drop me a line. I put the old medium (2nd) and HEPA (3rd) filters next to the new ones for comparison. I couldn't see anywhere to upload the pictures on the main site, but really, to think I could've been breathing all that smoggy nastiness in...it makes me shudder. My roommate was always waking up in his room all runny nosed, watery-eyed, hoarse, and wheezy. I'm exceptionally more sensitive than he is but I was never like him in the mornings, and my dog and cat who spent most their time sleeping next to me in bed while I hermit-ed in my room for several years (medical) were much less sneezy than my roommate's pets.I'm now in the Valley of the Sun and there's a desert dust problem here so it'll be interesting to see what the filters look like 8 mos from now...maybe a brownish red instead of smog black? I would like to note that I did vacuum the large particle filter/screen at least weekly with a Dyson, as it does a really excellent job of collecting pet hair and dust. This kit does NOT come with a new large particle kit but I'm still using the original I received with my unit 3+ years ago and it's working like new, still. Don't forget to clean the sensor with some degree of regularity, also!I've now ordered three sets of filters from this product page, I believe, over the last few years, and they're always genuine and nicely packaged, arriving in perfect condition. Now that I'm in a one bedroom, I set the unit near my chair while I'm in the living room area, then move it by my bed at night, so I always have fresher air nearest to me (and my pets, who shadow me...I want them to breathe clean air too!). I hope they never stop making these filter kits! Yes, they're a little pricey, but to me it is a preventative health care expense, and much cheaper than allergy or maybe after years of exposure to airborne pollutants, asthma medications (and much healthier, I might add). It's kind of like that quote I've seen floating around..."Organic food might be more expensive a lot of the time, but have you ever tried pricing cancer?" =]

Quiet, Attractive, Effective
This device is excellent. It is quiet and sets up quickly (you have to unwrap the plastic on all of the filters and keep them straight. Not too hard and diagrams are excellent). I smoke cigars and use in the basement. We were noticing that the smell went through the vents even though closed. This helped immediately, although I have now purchased some magnetized register covers to really seal them off. What amazed me the most was that the unit revved up on its own when exposed to particulates. So when I go to the basement pre-cigar, the unit is on what I would describe as super quiet mode. 2 minutes after I blow some smoke, it revs up (though it is still quiet). This is worth the price and I bought a set of back up filters with the purchase. Great product.
