I normally don't write reviews, but I am very impressed by this product along with the seller's great customer service. It is powerful and easy to use. Noise level is reasonable, style looks great. I got the 30-inch size since Dec 2023 and as of today 9/7/2025, still runs great like a clock. Recently my filters got damaged during cleaning so I had to reach out to the seller. The representative Jane was more than just helpful and she guided me through the entire process of getting my replacement filters that fit perfectly. I am very grateful for her service and satisfied with this product!

Main reason we picked this hood out of many others was its dual motor and fantastic 900 cfm exhaust. And we are not disappointed at all.When I installed it we could feel the power of this dual motors, great suction and even on the highest setting the noise is very acceptable. Remeber...2 motors, 2 fans and ONE high rpm, it has to be some noise, but results are very satisfying.We had a issue with oversensitive hand gueasture future, when the control panel was picking up all the motion from us walking by and changing the speed. I reached out to Nick and with his great assistance, and 3 days shipping I replaced the control panel for new, updated one with only 2 screws, and 5min later I was good and running with perfectly working control panel, updated by manufacturer eliminating over sensitivity as it was before.Thank you so much, Nick, for your patience and excellent customer service.Just a tip, try to fasten the unit to all of the points of instalation. That will prevent vibrating on on the highest speed. I only used few screws from the beginning and it was my mistake. Now, it's solid as a rock and no vibrations even on the highest speed.Overall, we are so happy with the hood that im about to buy another one for my getaway home in Poconos.

Great hood range. You just wave your hand left or right over the sensors to increase or decrease fan speed. Keeps things clean. My only complaint is it will turn on or off randomly as you are trying to cook or grabbing something from the cabinet above. It doesn’t distinguish from your hand or head moving back and forth. If that feature could be turned off I would give it five stars. Remote control is awesome. Quality is great and is easy to install. Very powerful dual fan. Somewhat quiet on the first and second setting. I would have chosen something else had I known.

Installed during a remodel. Had a small warped area in the front from a misaligned rivet, but not worth the time to return for replacement.The 2- 2w LED lights could be brighter for my preference. The unit is heavy with 2 fans. Works GREAT. The first two speeds do an excellent job at a low noise level. The levels 3 and 4 are pretty loud, but boy do they pull. 900 cfm will keep the odors out of the house. Comes with a remote, but I don't use it.Good quality, mostly quiet, great value, better than what you see at the big box stores.

Wonderful equipment. Customer service was great when needing a troubleshoot. Looks elegant and sleek. Takes 2 people to install. Tech friendly.

I own the range hood for almost 2 years and so far it works very well. It’s a powerful machine with 4 speed levels and two very bright lights. Usually, speed 1 or 2 is enough for cooking and has a low noise level. The gesture feature is very convenient, it allows you to change the speed without leaving messy fingerprints on the machine or remote. The metal filters are easy to remove and clean. The only thing I would suggest is to wash them by hand with dish soap to protect from discolouration in the washing machine. Overall, it’s a great machine at this price range. Also, I would like to mention that the brand has efficient customer service.

Attractive, quiet, operated correctly with the exception of the lights which would not come on. Never installed and returned hood.After completing the above review, I received a letter from the manufacturer apologizing for the issue I experienced. They advised they strived to excel in customer service and had I contacted them directly the issue could have probably been resolved. I would have to say they have reached their goal of providing excellent customer service and I won’t hesitate to purchase any of their products in the future.

Works well. Very powerful fan. A little noisy if using as ventless, but still worth it. The hand movement feature is tricky - not apt to work every time. The controls flat being flush are a little hard to access but the remote is great. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase.
