The quality is just okay for the price, but it’s still usable. I bought five of these, but one came without a handle. I contacted the seller but haven’t received any response. If the customer service had been better, I would have given it five stars.

Very poor quality
The item came poorly wrapped in bubble wrap, rattling before I had even opened it, and badly damaged. Also, an instructipn leaflet would have been helpful. An intended Christmas present gone badly wrong. It is going back!

I bought one of these from a company called MyJapanese Home. It cost well over ÂŁ150. It is exactly the same as this one here and the quality is really, really awful. You couldn't cook in it. Fire hazard as well, It's made and exported from China. If you come across the company, do not use them. Total scam.
