Don't know if you'll be able to get it or not, i highly recommend. it indeed comes with Windows 10 (when i bought it) and i heard Windows 10 stops getting support October 2025. Which is sad. i tried getting a laptop multiple times including through a retail store and it would be the latest windows (at the time Windows 11) and that version REQUIRES you have connection to the internet for the software to let you use it. Which is VERY dumb and makes no sense. it's a LAPTOP. Part of the point of a laptop is so you can do computer things ON THE GO. And there are times your not going to have internet.Great product, if somehow your able to get it and it have windows 10 and be able to update it to the "latest" situation that's good. If somehow you can't, i hope your able to pay for a decently good anti virus software or something, not sure if it'll work out but it should?

I've been out of the game for a while and haven't bought a new computer in decades. I know this isn't new, but I am absolutely blown away at what $180 bought me.This thing is light, sleek and efficient. It plays 4k 60fps videos easily, both on youtube and VLC.I've been burning off a full charge since 6pm. It's 9pm right now and I'm still at 75% and I've been playing videos, browsing the web and installing apps since I started. This is insane.The unit looks practically brand new. The battery appears to be the original Dell-branded battery. It's clean, spotless.[EDIT] I did find one nickel-sized spot on the monitor where the colors are slightly faded. You can only tell on a plain solid-color background and only if it's a lighter color. My desktop is currently plain black and I can't tell. Even when it's noticeable, it's barely noticeable. [END EDIT]The only thing that was even a bit shady was the Windows 10 install. Today is 5/9/24. According to sysinfo, the install date is from 2019. I doubt this laptop has sat for 5 years. I have a feeling the seller just deleted the users and made a new one. There was no set up or Welcome to Windows like a fresh install.For me, this is completely irrelevant. It's getting a fresh install in a couple days. But you might care.This is beyond an incredible value. Anyone older than 40 will understand that computers 1/1000th of this power used to be $5000 (in 1980's dollars).

The media could not be loaded. Okay here's the deal. I'm not attempted to return these yet but I will be and assuming Amazon's returns work okay then I say give it a shot and see what you get. Here's the issue, these quote on quote refurbished laptops, seem to have failed in some way for the previous owner and that one individual thing was replaced, as a result not a single one of these laptops has a hard drive from the same manufacturer not a single one of these laptops has Ram kits from the same manufacturer it wouldn't even surprise me if there's mismatched speeds in these things based on the different specs on every device I'm guessing they're put together out of a spare parts bin. I'm not really sure what I was expecting to get for 200 bucks but I did expect some sort of uniformity because with this level of variation why not just buy five different laptops from five different manufacturers. They're also appear to be keyboard issues on two of them as well as input lag on one of them if you do end up buying one of these things expect problems with whatever parts are not stock and check your keyboard carefully. Excellent for this product, satisfied in everything

This computer is great! I use it solely for playing the Sims 4 and it runs great. I play with over 28 packs and lots of mods and it has minimal lag. The sound is good and worth it for the money. It does have to be on the charger for it to hold a strong battery. Very easy to set up and learn how to use. I did crack my screen within only a month (user error) but I definitely will be ordering again.

It doesn't let you type properly. Half of the time - you hit the keys and they won't work. The charger was dirty and looks corroded. The laptop itself looks good but soon as you try to use it to type, you can tell it was wore out by the last owner, before they had to "renew" it. Maybe just buy a new one. I didn't realize it was only another 50 bucks to buy this brand new. Kicking myself for wasting money with this one. If you could type normal, it would be good. I wouldn't buy this "renewed" one again.

I've had almost 2 years on this refurbished laptop. I have owned several 1k+ laptops over the years and this has ran everything they could without hiccup (several simultaneous GPU intense programs). It even survived a drop from a railing and subsequent fall down a flight of stairs onto tile, it was unscratched. The battery life is still several hours. The current price is even less than I paid 2 years ago, I am considering buying another as a backup.

It looks new. The battery is in a perfect state, charging fast and lasting long. The storage is perfect. Sound quality is great. Overall the laptop is beyond expectations!!It is a real pleasure to have bought this computer.
