There are 2 labels on the sheet. The bigger label is 6.78" x 4.75". The smaller label is 3.5" x 3.75". The bigger label is commonly used as the shipping label and the smaller label is commonly used as the receipt label.

Q: My usps click-n-ship labels don’t quite match up with the labels when printed. is there a print adjustment i can make on my hp laser printer?

All the label printing software I've ever used has the capability to adjust the print settings. Somewhere in the software, that option should be available.

Q: Is there a Word Template for this label?

It is designed for use with USPS click n ship online and works perfectly. There is no Word template I could find. The following link will take you to other templates, such as PDF. http://www.onlinelabels.com/Templates/OL9300-template-pdf.htm

Q: How many does one receive for the price of $23.95 + $4.95 S&H from On-Line Labels? Says two/sheet but doesn't say how many sheets. Still Recommend?

It is 250 sheets. Each has a mailing label and a smaller receipt label. I've used them with eBay and USPS.com with great success.
