If you have reservations about Standard Process products sold on Amazon, then I would suggest buying straight from the company itself or a local health practitioner.

Ingredients magnesium lactate,gelatin, calcium stearate, and water. But.... Processed in facility that manufactures other products containing soy, milk, egg, wheat, peanut, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish . (Taken from label). Good luck!

I have low magnesium and have to take supplements, Magnesium Lactate doesn’t upset my stomach like some other forms of magnesium does. I am elderly and have to be careful of swallowing large capsules or tablets, I seem to manage these okay.
