It’s very hard and uncomfortable.
The collar is very stiff and uncomfortable. It’s almost like wearing a plastic immobilizer. Though its width is of the correct size, the sponge is so hard. You get a pain in the neck if you wear this for some time. The width was the only reason I went in for this, the others being much wider, but the pain you endure by wearing this is just not worth the buy.Would have returned it if it was returnable.
