This chair is a mixed bag with a lot to like. For one, it is one of the most comfortable chairs that I have used, and the support is good for the most part. It is solidly put together and there are no creaks or signs that the chair is under fatigue because of the user's large build. There is no sagging or disproportionate bending of the cushioned areas, and the foam used has the right amount of firmness.I tend to be quite obsessive when it comes to the quality of frequently accessed touchpoints, and the quality of this one is largely good, even in areas where nobody would usually look. It gives the same happiness when you check under a car dashboard or behind trim panels, and see that the manufacturer bothered to tidy up the wires and mechanisms despite knowing that not many would bother to look in those places.Dr Luxur's customer service is top-notch. Before making the purchase, I reached out to the company on their WhatsApp number and got swift product suggestions. Even when the shipment was delayed (more on that below), the company ensured that my queries received timely attention. They have a surprisingly short turnaround time. Now, after more than a fortnight of the purchase, I still have the customer service team checking in on me, asking if things are up to the mark. Their team was one of the few that, after a long time, made me feel that they wanted my business. If anyone from the client handling team is reading this, kudos for your responsiveness!As for improvements, I feel that the Dr Luxur should look into these areas:Adding weight to the wheels and base : One thing that I have often noticed, the chair tips over if you sit way in the front, or towards the edge. This is a heavy chair, and it can inflict some serious damage if it tips over the user. I am not sure if others have faced it or it is just me, but this usually occurs if I bend forward to pick something up from the floor. For instance, I have a bottle of water on the floor that I want to pick up. So I scooch over to the edge (you have to do that as the seat base is very deep, but that adds a lot more thigh support, so is a good thing) and bend, and the whole chair topples over me. Maybe it happens because I am putting almost the entire weight of my body on the front edge when bending down, but it is nevertheless a point to be noted. Perhaps extending the length of the iron feet could be a solution. Otherwise, some kind of counterweight can be attached within the backrest assembly to counteract the loss of balance, similar to what you have in industrial cranes.Gaslift and armrests : I wish the gaslift would go a wee bit higher. It is adequate but sometimes leaves me wanting for more margin if I want to work from a top-down position, especially while typing. The armrests, on the other hand, have an excellent range of motion. But they could do with a bit more vertical movement, especially when they are being lowered. Their lowest setting is not low enough for me and fouls my elbows.Branding : Some gamers like loud graphics and branding, but some do not. So, there should be an option to choose from a muted look or one that is all decked up. I understand that gaming chairs can be loud, but there are users such as myself, who use them as office equipment during the greater part of the day, and as gaming chairs during the evening. As if the "Dr Luxur" branding emblazoned on the headrest is not off-putting enough, it is again stamped on the magnetic head cushion and the lumbar pillow. It is not to my taste, and this aesthetic does not fit into my surroundings. The back has a massive "Clutch" branding spoiling the otherwise fantastic carbon fiber-ish threaded finish. I wish this chair would stand out because of its bulk (which it does, and appears overwhelmingly large when you walk into my small office), and not so much for the loud branding, which makes it look deceptively cheap and second-rate. The only reason that I chose this chair over other Dr Luxur products is that it has a relatively dulled-down appearance and color compared with others in the line-up.Gaslift sleeve : This is a shockingly cheap piece in an otherwise upscale chair that uses upmarket materials. I have attached an image for reference. It looks as if the part was molded at a home foundry. It is ill-fitting, cannot maintain shape, and slides down with the slightest movement. Mine was damaged in the middle, as can be seen in the picture, and has a rather bad overall finish. It is not a dealbreaker but is an eyesore. There is no unseeing it once you do.Courier : This is a premium product, and it is only fitting that Dr Luxur's courier partner lives up to deliver the right experience. It was shipped via road, while it could have been done by air. Personally, I would not mind shelling out something extra if it means that I get the product delivered in a day or two. This took nearly nine days. I live in one of the biggest cities in India, and the time taken for the package to travel from Bangalore, another major city, left me confounded. If faster delivery makes a lot of difference in pricing, perhaps it would be better to let the customer choose a shipping speed at checkout and add a fee for expedited transit.

Versatile & easy to use

Super gaming chair in this price range, value for money and also the quality is very good in this price.

Writing this review on the overall experience starting from buying the chair and finally returning it back.The chair was received well packed and on time. All the parts were present as committed during the delivery. The problems started right after I assembled this chair which I am mentioning below point by pointThe chair started making squeaking noise on day one as well as wobbling too.Reached out to support on whatsapp and they asked me to apply WD40.Purchased WD40 and dissembled the screws in the rocking mechanism, applied WD40 and re screwed it.This resolved the squeaking noise issue and for wobbling they promised to sent a technician.The technician visited and literally hammered the rocking mechanism out from chair. Not sure if that the way to do it as the entire unit got multiple scratches.Anyways even after hammering and doing various adjustments the unit still wobbled and I showed all this to Mr Surya over video call for more than an hour.Ultimately they concluded saying that they will ship a new mechanism.The new mechanism arrived in next 8 days with the chair being of no use during that period. Technician arranged for next day and he fixed the unit and this time the chair got tilted to one side.The technician himself said that this unit too is faulty and causing the chair to tilt.Again showed all this to Mr Surya over call for more than an hour and after showing the issue from various angle from below to top to left and right, he agreed to return the chair.Now the worst part is that all the original packing material was discarded by this time and I have to go out arranging packaging item identical to the original one which costed me 800 Rs and 2 days of time. The worst part is even after packaging the chair with bubble wrap, thermacol and enough tapes they deducted 3500 from my refund stating the chair got damaged during transit.So i ended up loosing more than 4000 rupees without even buying the chairTo conclude I actually had used Green Soul T monster Ultimate for 10 days at my friends place. Because of the comfort I experienced, I thought of buying this since Dr Luxor is providing leg rest as well for a bit less price. However trust me, this chair is no where close to Green Soul T Monster in terms of comfort and support, not even comparable to the normal office chairs.
