Delicious! Lower sugar and fat than most cookies!
These are far better than most store-bought filled cookies. The cookie part is crunchy with great texture from oatmeal. The center is the perfect consistency and flavor for a peanut butter filling. Having them individually wrapped helps me only eat one! And they have a lot less fat and sugar than most cookies on the market.
