Thank you Recyclekart & Amazon for delivering the Dell refurbished CPU which works well so far.Few things to be noted.Initial observation, the packaging was not that strong to hold the CPU intact in the transit. I received the product with the package torn here and there which worried me about the CPU damage altogether.When unpacked the box, I found mouse was missing. Cabinet was slightly damaged (could ignore as it is a refurbished product).No graphics card was installed.No inbuilt bluetooth/bluetooth adaptor which could have been better had provided.Though there was a DVD writer it was not functioning.The other specs in terms of RAM, HDD, SSD size, processor etc., was available as disclosed.When the system was ready to start functioning, noticed hanging issues. The issue was with the RAM. I had to remove the faulty 8GB RAM to get rid of the hanging issues. Finally, the system works fine with only 8GB RAM though the CPU comes with 16 GB RAM. I ordered the CPU on August 9. I got the product on August 19. I am using the system since then with no issues.The warranty registration process was swift. The technician was patient to handle my queries for the registration process. On the faulty 8GB RAM, the seller/technician promised to supply me with the good one once I return the faulty one.Please take note of the above points highlighted.Thank you for giving a good product. I purchased a renewed desktop PC from Renewed PC (Dell being the OEM, but not involved in the resale or refurbishing process). While I was initially satisfied with the performance, things went downhill quickly.Within the first six months, the system had issues and needed repairs. To make matters worse, just two days after the warranty expired, the same issue reappeared, and now the desktop is completely dead.I’m left with a non-functional PC, no support, and no warranty coverage—despite the problem having clearly started during the warranty period. I don’t know if the blame lies with poor refurbishing, low-quality components, or lack of proper testing, but what I do know is that I’m stuck.The issue lies squarely with Renewed PC. If you're considering buying from them, I highly recommend thinking twice or making sure you have an extended warranty and clear support terms.

I recently purchased this refurbished CPU from Amazon for my office work s, and I am happier with my experience! It performed smoothly during my use. It's not look like a new one, scratchs and light dents are visible on the cabinet.I saved a significant amount compared to buying new. Overall, I recommend this refurbished CPU to anyone looking for a budget-friendly upgrade.

My old Dell was probably 15 years old and SO SLOW. We don't use our computer that much so we really didn't want to spend a lot of money on a new one. This deal was awesome. Monitor and keyboard also included. My SIL came over to hook everything up. We had no issues. (the button on the monitor is a little bit squirrely but works). It seems to be super fast and running good so far.

Buy this product only if you’re prepared to wait up to a month for service or returns—or if you’re looking to make a YouTube review about the experience. For the price, it offers excellent value with features like the operating system, MS Office, a 1TB hard drive, and SSD storage. However, the after-sales support leaves much to be desired.Previously, Amazon’s no-questions-asked return policy made buying such products less risky. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. It took me an entire month to return my device and get a refund. The assigned service engineer never showed up. When they finally contacted me, they only requested an OTP, claiming it would make the return eligible. Thankfully, Amazon stepped in to resolve the issue and processed the return.Tips for buyers:• Record a video of the unboxing on the day the product arrives.• If there’s an issue, immediately raise a case with Amazon and request a service engineer within two days.• Do not attempt to fix the device yourself, as this could void the warranty or affect your return eligibility.• If the engineer doesn’t respond promptly, contact Amazon and request a refund without delay.

The product is fine with respect to the price given. Really worthit but as I am living in Bangalore and two weaks back my system stoped working, So since they dont have a service center here in Bangalore, I have send it to Delhi for replacement as it in in waranty. It cost me money and time also, due to which I got delayed to finish my work.My humble request to Recyclekart, please focus on providing service to your costumers.And for new buyers please check if there is a service center in your area before buying any product..
