Love the fan! Great Customer Service!! We have had this fan for just under a year in our bedroom. The fan has been working great and is really good at circulating the air. However, recently the fan stopped working. The remote control sensor in the unit stopped communicating with the remote. We contacted customer service who provided us with a prompt solution and now the fan is back working great. Thanks!!

Beautiful fan! Works great! I have it on setting 4 (of 6) and can really feel the air circulating. Wooden panels are beautiful and everyone that's seen it comments on how unique it is. Awesome purchase! I had it professionally installed, but he was impressed at how clear the directions were.

I love this modern, attractive fan that cost much less than most I looked at. I enjoy the three light shades, various speeds, and the handy remote. I quite easily installed it myself although I have never even considered doing such a task!

I have purchased 2 of these fans and I am really pleased so far. I would give this 5 stars but for the fact that I did have a slight problem with one of the fans. The light would turn on but the fan would not. After a few emails with Sofucor customer service it was determined the receiver was bad and they sent me a new one. Other than the time it took to get a new receiver (aprox 10 days) everything was handled professionally by the customer service team. I replaced the receiver and the fan works like a charm. This is a beautiful fan in person.... looks better than the pictures online. The fan is super quiet, runs without any wobble and just looks super stylish. The directions are adequate if you have a little bit of skill putting things together and the installation was not that difficult for a non electrician. Overall very pleased, and I'm hoping I get many years of service out of these fans.

The low profile Sofucor fan moves a lot of air while remaining whisper quiet. It also looks great and works well both in winter and summer modes. When I had an issue with a faulty remote control, Customer Service was quick to respond and to replace the remote control. Excellent value with a 3 year warranty. Recommended!

This was used to replace an old ceiling fan. Install was simple. We have only used the first speed as it moves air around very well!

Nice looking fan and the wood blades are sturdy.

We love the looks and performance of the fan!On installation, there is an RF receiver that talks to the remote. The steel mounting bracket had a cross-member that made it impossible to fit the RF receiver up inside the bracket so that the cover could be fit in place. After several correspondences with customer service that were not at all helpful, I was forced to modify the mounting bracket by cutting the cross-member out with a carbide cut-off disc. I don't believe that compromised the integrity of the bracket, but it's clearly a design flaw.
