Great for beginners!
Absolutely loved by my child during volleyball games and just practicing in the yard. Made it bearable for her to get the feel of the volleyball hitting her forearms. Definitely would recommend for others with beginner volleyball kids. They definitely keep the complaining of hurting arms to a minimum:).

Minimizes bruising!
I get terrible bruises on my arms when I play volleyball (so painful and plenty that it takes weeks to heal). I didn’t think these would actually help, but I only got one minor bruise around my wrist area that went away in a couple days! I’m a believer. Also one order comes with a pair (I thought you had to buy one for each arm)
