Nice light cream,a little goes quite a long way.

To soon to say at the moment am still having HOT Sweats but the odd days nothing at all BUT my leg muscles still aches but have lessened the cream is thick and Rubs into skin well. I will order again in future So I can see if it works when on month 2-3

Stopped my hot flashes in 24 hours. They were literally every 10 minutes day and night. Worked when isoflavones and other yam cream did nothing. Feels like a miracle!

I bought this after reading the positive reviews and was very excited to try and convinced it will work for me as well. I am all in for trying natural ways to improve health and conditions, however this hasn’t improved any of my perimenopause symptoms, but by contrary. I have noticed that every time i used it i will wake up at night with extreme hot flushes, which i didn’t had before. I didn’t believe at first, so i tested it, i stopped using for a day, and i will sleep okay. When i went back to use it, i will be awake at night feeling very hot.The other thing is, like other people have pointed out, the product doesn’t come with any seal on it.

There seems to be something wrong with the batch, I'm assuming. Maybe they are using a different supplier for the active ingredient. I bought this to share with my housemate, who was using a jar – same make – she bought about 6 months ago and which worked really well. As soon as she switched to the new jar she started getting menopause symptoms again. I found it worked better than nothing but wasn't that good. I am now using a mix I made up myself, which works better and is cheaper.Having said all that, I have given 3 stars because I discovered that the calendula in the product has completely cleared my Eczema, it's nothing short of miraculous how effective it is.
