Missing bag roll
Thank you for the prompt delivery of my vacuum sealer - however the advertisement shows that a bag roll comes with the set up but this was not included in my package?

Suction Power Varies
Very temperamental, one minute it vacuums really well and then the next time it seals and then stops extracting the air, meaning i need to cut the end off to redo, and then sometimes it does not work again, very frustrating..
