The bracelet looked good, but unfortunately, it only lasted 2 months for me. First - it was hard to keep it tight and it needed to be adjusted several times a day. Second, the thread completely broke and all I have now is a bunch of hematite beads sitting on a dresser. The cord that keeps it together has to be improved to something a lot more durable.EDIT as of 9/16/24. This seller is legit. Based on my initial review they contacted me and offered me a full refund. Since I loved the bracelet while I had it, I asked for a replacement instead. Sure enough, I received it today and it's just as beautiful as the first one. I know I haven't had it long enough, but because of the fantastic customer service, I am revising my review and giving it 5 stars. Hope it lasts this time.

As much as I like this bracelet, unfortunately the string began to thin out and was close to its breaking point. Luckily I caught it before it broke so now it sits on my dresser.**UPDATE**I was contacted by the seller and they sent out a replacement bracelet. So I have changed my rating to 5 stars because not many sellers will reach out to make things right. Like I previously stated this is a very nice bracelet. I do recommend it.

I love the product and more importantly, the mission for the company. I loved my bracelet and wore it every day until the string holding it together completely shredded and my beads were together only because they were magnetic, otherwise, they would have been spread everywhere. I'm disappointed with the quality, but because I believe so much in this mission ( am looking into getting a support dog for my Vietnam Veteran father) will likely purchase in the future, but not this particular product.UPDATE: The sellers contacted me and offered full refund, also mentioned they are looking into the issue with parts.

The bracelet looks good and is comfortable to wear, but the string to tighten it breaks too easily. I had to tighten it several times throughout the day. I eventually found a way for it to not come loose but it broke when I was working in my garage. I love that proceeds go to pairing Veterans with service dogs. I’m a Marine with a service dog, so I know how much they can improve a service member’s quality of life. I just wish it was made to last longer than a couple of months.

Great bracelet! But like others I have had a problem with the string becoming loose quickly. First one I purchased lasted a year. I chalked it up to my error because I wore it doing everything (swimming, sports, etc). Purchased a replacement (Sept. 2024) and it only lasted 6 months (broke March 18, 2025). I made sure to take it off during activities.

I wish I could give this a 5 star. I love what it stands for and the purpose. But first it's a pain to keep it at the size I wanted for my wrist. Then literally not even 3 weeks later the PARACORD snapped. Total let down.

I was sent the blacked out version of the Hero bracelet. I still like it but wish it was the polished version. I however didn’t send it back, it is a high quality mag. bracelet with a great cause.

I purchased this in September. I love the look, style and message but unfortunately from day one it wouldn't stay tight and I had to tie the drawstrings together to even wear it. And this last time I wore it the braided knot came undone and won't hold at all. Very disappointed because I loved wearing it.
