You will be so happy with this purchase. An AMAZING value. My daughter enjoys puzzles and had just turned 3 when we gave this to her on December 1. It is easy to learn: by mid December she could do this many times a day with no help. But the puzzle is not so easy that she ever got bored with it. Quality: She did this puzzle about 3-4 times a day for 20+ days, and it still looks like new. Independent Play: It was her favorite advent activity and provided 10-15 minutes of independent play each time she'd pick it up. Sometimes she'd do it twice in a row or stop to talk to herself about the characters in the picture. Unexpected Bonus: This puzzle was the unexpected center of our nativity discussions. We have a ceramic nativity, window sticker nativity sets, worksheets, and toddler nativity ornaments but THIS was her go to toy to learn the story or Jesus' birth. Every time she'd complete the puzzle she'd want to take time to discuss each of the characters, why they were there, what they brought, why they were important. My three year old experienced advent mostly through this puzzle. I'll be sad to pack in away.

Great gift for little ones at Christmas. I like to get something related to faith for Christmas, and this was perfect. I recommend.

This is a very sturdy wooden puzzle and fits in the tray perfectly. ( I wonder why all jigsaw puzzle don’t come with a tray).No splinters it’s very smooth. The pieces fit perfectly together and it’s the correct size for little hand. The print of the picture is clear and the colours are vibrant.The most important thing is it depicts the Reason for the Season. I want them to know the reason for Christmas. There’s no Santa in my house.I bought this puzzle for the Grandkids to make at my home for Christmas. This will be a new tradition every Christmas at Grandma’s house.

I got this for my classroom of 1 and 2 year olds. It's a little smaller than I pictured and not quite as sturdy as I would have liked. It's holding up well tho. The only thing I really didn't like is that the image is painted on both sides of the pieces but it only fits in one way, causing my toddlers to get frustrated.

I hoped this puzzle wasn’t going to be too hard for our little friend who is three and a month. She worked with her mom a couple of times. Now, as she works, mostly on her own, she says, “This goes here…” and she uses some of the words depicted. It has been a perfect gift for the weeks leading up to Christmas. The puzzle is well made. Love the tray!

My girls love this puzzle. They were closer to age 4 at Christmas. They would play with it over and over. Went perfect with our talk about baby Jesus! The pieces do fit together regardless if it doesn’t go, but my kids would eventually figure it out. It is hard to take out a piece if it is placed wrong due to the wood, so just be careful! Not a deal breaker whatsoever, though! Get it!

I got this for my 15 month old so I could introduce her to the nativity scene. The pieces are the perfect size for her to carry around, and after two days, she is able to put some of the pieces into the puzzle independently. I also love how you can flip the puzzle over and the pieces stand up straight to create another way to view the nativity scene. It is well made and so pretty, too!

Purchased the chunky puzzle nativity set for my 1 year olds Christmas. I wanted to introduce him to the nativity set with something he could touch.He absolutely loves this puzzle! It’s very well made too! I like how thick the puzzle pieces, for sure makes them more durable for little hands. You can stand them up to make a scene outside of the puzzle too if wanted.
