Good quality and no waste
I have 5 house rabbits and a guinea pig, so we get through masses of hay. I have bought Oxbow for many years and I trust the brand completely. Jack rabbit (in the photo) has dental problems and he's very fussy about what hay he eats. But, this is his favourite. He loves to nibble it from a hayrack and also when he's in his litterbox. Rabbits like to eat when they're on the loo, so it's important to ensure they can access hay. I stuff a couple of handfuls in a corner and replenish when needed. Jack and my other bunnies eat every single bit, so although it is more money, this and the quality makes it worth every penny. This is a good quality hay, from a well renowned brand from the US and as long as I have rabbits and/or guinea pigs, I'll be an Oxbow customer!

Piggy likes it - good response!
As the shops began to close I looked for alternatives for hay for my young piggy and bought this. At first she was a bit cautious and ignored it but after a couple of weeks she now tucks into it and will happily chomp on it throughout the day. It is harder than some of the hay she normally gets and because of that I don't put it in a box incase it sticks in her eyes, preferring to stuff it into a hay feeder that hangs on to the bars of her home. I have given it 4 stars despite of the price because it is harder than normal hay and good for her teeth but I mix it in with her normal hay to make it last longer.

Best Hay for Ill Guinea Pig
I used this hay when our guinea pig lost a massive amount of weight. Within a week almost back to his usual weight thoroughly recommend it as a tonic boost.

Expensive but looks good and our bunnies seem to like it
Disappointed when I opened the box that the bag was had a circular rip across it and the self seal to keep the hay fresh is useless now due to the damaged bag. On a positive note our bunnies seem to like this new hay to give them a variety but it is very expensive for the bag size.

Poor product quality
I usually buy this hay at my local pet store. However, they were out and so I decided to buy the hay off Amazon. When I received the hay, and after opening, it looked excessively shiny/plasticky and looked nothing like the oat hay that Oxbow usually gives. After a quick search, the Oxbow website suggested that an excessive shiny/plasticky look indicates that the hay is old, has been exposed to moisture, or has been store improperly. It's not safe for pet consumption and I had to throw it away.

Great for buns but is quite pricey for the amount you get
My two buns are rather fussy when it comes to hay so I was skeptical on buying this. They seemed pleased with this when I mixed it in with two other types of hay/grasses. It's quite a hardy hay so will help keep those back molars at a reasonable length. It smells lovely when you first open the packet but my only gripe is the 425g bag doesn't last long at all with two hungry rabbits and they're both dwarf! Overall good product and would purchase again but in moderation.
