This is a really good shampoo, I wanted to try this as I cannot use anything with fragrance in and medicated shampoos were making my scalp drier and more itchy, I have been struggling with an itchy scalp for ages now and after just one wash with this shampoo my scalp has completely stopped itching, it is also quite moisturising so my hair doesn't feel dry or snappy either which is usually the other issue I have to combat, I have very long hair and it can get difficult when my scalp plays up and also trying to balance keeping my hair moisturised, so I'm really happy to have found this and I will continue to use this shampoo from now on.

This shampoo works well to relieve my itchy scalp. It has no added perfumes so will be suitable for people sensitive to strong scents. It leaves my hair looking shiny and soft. I have purchased again.

Recommended by vet for my dog who had allergies causing itchy dry skin after spending a fortune on dog shampoo and sprays which did nothing. Unlike the other products that made things worse this worked after the first use and she is now flake free and a lot happier as am I. Smell ok, not too thick, leaves her hair soft and clean, leaves the skin moisturised without leaving it greasy. Now used as occasional wash in between her normal shampoo.

Absoloutely amazing stuff. My son has suffered with such bad dandruff/ flaky scalp for years. I bought this thinking it might help a bit. After using just 3 times his dandruff has completely disappeared! And you don't need to put loads on as a tiny bit covers his head. Will definitely be buying again.

Overall: ✩✩✩--The shampoo was fine on its own. You do not need to use a significant amount for it to work well. Upon initial use, the shampoo helped to relieve the itching in my scalp. However, over several weeks, I noticed that it reacted badly with Head and Shoulders.I am not quite sure why this is the case. But it has left my hair itching even worse for the coming weeks. I do not recommend that you use any other hair products when using this one. I am now having to go see the GP to see what it has done to my scalp.PackagingThe product arrived in a timely manner as expected from Amazon Prime. It was neatly packed and did not have any damage upon arrival.The productThe product is a 200 ml shampoo bottle, that is, a bottle that is just about the same size as the palm of your hand. It is a plastic bottle with a blue cap. It is durable and lasts for a weeks if you are conservative with your use of it.The smellThe product does not smell particularly nice. It has a strong medicinal smell, almost like the smell of hair dye. It is pungent, but when washed off from the hair, it does not leave an after-smell luckily.The latherThe product lathers well when in the shower. I have no complaints about the quality of the lather either. It is not too frothy like other shampoo brands, nor is it too dry to lather up like Lynx.Reaction with other hair productsThe product does not seem to like to be combined with Head and Shoulders and caused a nasty reaction to my scalp. It has left it itching for weeks which has not been particularly comfortable. It does not seem to reach with my Loreal Conditioner. I would recommend that you apply only a small amount to determine if it reacts with your own hair products.

This is a thick shampoo so need water to lather and make it go further but really helps. I live in a hard water area and also suffer with dry skin now (perimenopause!) so this is really helping. I use with any normal conditioner, just don’t condition my roots just the lengths of my hair. This way it leaves my hair soft as on its own, it’s very knotty. Hair feels very clean and actually has good volume! Using normal shampoo I was washing every day, now I can go 2 days
