I have not used it yet but it is lovely and big and solid and the coating looks like it will be much easier to clean compared to my old one

These are brilliant pans/ frying pans and wok. Nothing stick and any residue comes off with no soaking. They are just so lively to cook with. I highly recommend them.

I have been using this wok (bought the 28 cm grey wok) last April, now it is Nov 2019. The wok is ok. You can't fry an egg without oil and expect it to slide around. But with a few drops of oil, once the egg white is solidified, use a spatula to gently slide under the egg. Once that is done, you can slide the fried egg off it. Ok, that is kind of cheating. But hey, it is way much better than some expensive big brand one where you can't even slide the spatual under the egg without breaking it. One thing though, I don't have a dishwasher and I only use the rough side of a scrubber sparingly. Then finish the washing using the soft side. This is from experience of using so many other non-stick frying pans, cheap and expensive ones. Some may not agree. I always put a bit of water in the wok after cooking, rather than like my wife just left it there to dry up. This will leave any bits left on the surface so hardened that one had to scrub hard. The last thing I want to say is the screw fixing of the handle. You have to tighten it every couple or three months. The screw will come loose due to the natural reaction from the lifting action. I suppose if the amount of each cooking also plays a part. The heavier the food in the wok, the more stress will be created when lifting it to pour the food out. Of course, you can always just scoop it out bit by bit. This is the only reason for not giving a 5 stars. Hope this help you.

I love this wok-style pan. I wanted an all purpose pan, for a variety of culinary uses. My old, not stick pan, has had it's day. This new pan is, smart to look at. Heats up very quickly. Has ample room, for what ever dish you need to cook. l have tried eggs, without oil. They cooked to perfection. With the lid on. The shape of the pan is domed but with a flat bottom. The sides are curved. So the eggs, or whatever you decide to cook. Heats quickly, steams at the top, so stays moist. I've cooked, steak, fish, chicken, stew. Even boiled vegetables, quickly, boiled eggs. Cooked pasta. I have prepared curries, Even tried a full English breakfast, to perfection. All in one go.! Lid on! It makes a good frying pan as well. Without the lid. However, they do make, a classic frying pan. This pan is well constructed. It is truly none-stick. Washes easily. It is aesthetically pleasing. Makes an excellent wok. It is quite sturdy, but not too heavy. I like the handle, as it is easy to grip. Plus the holder at the other end. Making it safe to transport, if full of food. One design flaw, is the handle on the lid. If you are removing the lid. There is only a small finger grip, in which you lift the lid from. I have small fingers. I struggle not to drop it. You cannot get a proper grip. The lid does get hot. I am always worried about dropping it. I lift it, with one hand, use an oven glove to support it. With the other hand. Avoiding getting burned by steam. As it does accumulate, under the lid. I love the marble effect, none stick lining. I might consider buying the pans, next time. If you are more of a top cook, like me. You will love this pan.
