I've waxed myself for a good few years now. I read the reviews thinking oh no this isn't going to be any good but...it's worked pretty well for me. I tested it on my face / eyebrows and leg. I agree the smell is not ideal, it's sort of a lavender and plastic smell - as expected to be honest (it is wax after all).I feel like some of the reviewers hadn't prepped their skin well enough or understand how to use stripless wax because it picked my hair up really well. Arguably better than my strip wax. It's much easier to use and quicker too as there is no strip required.I do feel this was gentler on my sensitive skin and also substantially less pain - therefore less redness and inflammation afterwards. Leaves a lot of little tiny bits of wax that you have to scrub and pick at to get off.The only area it was good on when it comes to the hair removal aspect is underarms. Terrible on soft hairs as it has a hard time grabbing onto them.I also have had ingrown hair galore since using this wax. Been waxing for over a year and never had an issue. I noticed that when I have just a little bit of wax in the pot it cools down a lot quicker so I increase the temperature then."}}]}]}
