Could you use this fir straining kefir

Not familiar with the separation and consistency of this, as to how thick the milky liquid would be as the net is fairly fine, but understand a strainer is normally used for this process. how much fruit fits in the bag?

Used this to make Rowan Jelly. Ikg rowan berries & 1 kg chopped apple all fitted comfortably in the bag after being simmered for 20 minutes in 2 litres of water (which broke down the apple to a mush). Just ladle it all in, but remember not to squash it down if you want a clear jelly. The bag is about 18cm deep and the ring at the top is 15cm in diameter. The legs are about 30cm long, and comfortably and securely hook onto my 25cm diameter bowl.

4 loops. Bag is quite small. Ideal for me, I only make small batches.
