Unpretentious Trinidad Scorpion Pepper Powder (2 Cups) Extremely Hot, Pure Ground Chile Pepper

This is a very consistent and fresh tasting product. I occasionally grow and dry Trinidad Scorpions to make my own ground peppers, and the taste and heat are very much as expected.If you haven't tried ground pepper any hotter than the crushed red variety you find in an average market, this will be a considerable step up in heat. However, unlike hot sauces, this will add only a subtle fruity flavor of the pepper and allow your food to retain its original flavor profile with added spice.Be aware that this is a very finely ground powder, so it tends to easily waft into the air as well as clumping a bit much if you shake it out of the container.

For use in my Cajun Seafood Boil. Plenty of heat and the flavor marries well with the corn and potatoes with its sweetness. Excellent pepper powder.

This is a very clean product, extreme amount of heat. Nice and convenient to have for when I make my next batch a sauce.
