JALL Digital Alarm Clock, with Wooden Electronic LED Time Display, 3 Alarm Settings, Humidity & Temperature Detect, Wood Made Electric Clocks for Bedroom, Bedside, Red Digit Display

I was looking for a simple clock with temperature and humidity display. Seems all the others with those features had a mirrored face, which I don't like at all. When I look at a clock I don't want to see me - LOL This one looked nice and had the features I wanted at a good price. The clock works well, but there does seem to be a glitch with some, where the lowest brightness setting (L1 which is supposed to be 2%), doesn't work. The next level up (L2 at 10%) works fine, and is not too bright for my bedroom, but I was curious to see the dimmer setting.I contacted JALL support at the email address provided, and they responded within 24 hours with some suggestions to check and remedy the issue. I tried their suggestions but it did not resolve the issue. I contacted them again and they apologized for the issue and offered to send me a replacement unit at no extra charge, and to keep the one I had already received. The replacement arrived in a few days, but it also had the L1 issue. I contacted them and they apologized again, acknowledged that some units had that issue, and offered to refund my purchase price. I was quite impressed by their replies and continued concern for my satisfaction. I told them I did not want the refund. I've now received 2 clocks for the price of one, and the L1 brightness issue was only a minor inconvenience. These folks are great to deal with. They are responsive, personable, polite, and have proven they truly care about customer satisfaction.Technically I give four stars for the clock, and 5 stars for JALL!

Clean design, adjustable brightness, legible time, temperature and relative humidity. 12 or 24 hour time, Fahrenheit or Celsius temperature, easy to switch from one to the other -- just a very nice clock.

This is my second purpose of this combination: click, temperature and humidity meter. Good product, looks nice and very convenient.

I wasn’t sure if I’d like the look of this wooden LED clock at first, but it’s become one of my favorite bedside accessories. This is a beautiful clock - modern and sleek. I originally bought two of these since I loved the look when I bought the first. Great display - love the temperature and humidity features. It also has a battery backup for short power outages which I love! The customer service is fantastic - when a few bars on the temperature readout disappeared, the company sent a replacement free of charge and I didn’t have to send the original back! I just sent a picture. Great company!

This alarm clock with time, temperature, and humidity features is a real gem!!! The lighting is beautiful with a soft glow. FABULOUS!

Display is very nice: visible at night, not bright. The alarm is loud. Time stayed accurate for the past week, so I think it is fine.

Very nice, attractive and unique design. The only flaw I found is that even the lowest brightness setting is way too bright for nighttime. It's like having a night light permanently on.
