LOW cost DDR5 gaming card
Got it a month ago for gaming on my older Linux machine with STEAM. I had been out of gaming for a few years but wanted to play again. It worked flawlessly, so much so, that I decided to go ahead and build another gaming computer for windows so I could play all the games I wanted to(few work for Linux). This thing is AWESOME! High frame rate in everything, LOW power consumption (I live off-grid and only have solar) runs way cooler than I expected-NO heat problems at all. I play a wide variety of games, FPS, Flight Sims, Naval games, golf and the video quality is great. I use a 40 in LED TV for a monitor and have no blur whatsoever. I was hesitant at first because I figured this was way to good of a deal, but I have ZERO cons...except I wish I had got this a long time ago. I bought a new win10 serial online for cheap, loaded the OS and games on a Samsung NVMe 1TB drive, got the updated AMD drivers and POW, fastest windoze boot ever, best gaming with no wait times and zero screen/scene blur. GET THIS NOW!

Works with alienware gamp
I bought this to shoot into my Alienware graphics amplifier. It fit perfectly physically. It did take me a little time to figure out a few issues. After finding that I would need to disable the internal NVIDIA graphics card to get the drivers to install. I proceeded to get the card up and running without much more issues. I'm running it via dvi to hdmi cable into my large tv. It is running most modern games just fine at a mid to high level. One thing of note is that the experience app for amd works very well with this. It allows you to find tune the capabilities of the card to better fit your needs bee they battery saving, performance, balance, or specific settings to specifically suit the game you are trying to run. It runs relatively quietly inside my graphics amplifier and I have not had any over heating issues so the temperature has remained nominal. I hope my review helps you to determine if this card is right for you. I am overall very pleased with my purchase and would make the same decision again. It seems to be a very good product for the price; making it a very good value.

Great vid card for the price
I got this card for my new mid-tower ATX build. Using an Asus motherboard and AMD Ryzen processor, so I wanted a Radeon chipset video card. This card is very generic. The box only included the card in anti-static wrap. No docs or anything else. However, it fit my board and case just fine, drivers and updates were easy to find and set up, and it worked perfectly upon startup. I only had an older monitor at first with an HDMI connection, so resolution was limited, but the card recognized the maximum the monitor was capable of and I didn't have to adjust anything. This week I got a new Samsung 32" 4K monitor, and the Showkings card recognized the Display Port right away and applied the max resolution it is capable of. Wow! I love it. The video is crisp and fast. I'm not a gamer, so I can't speak for how fluid the action is, or if there's tearing or anything. I needed this for graphics and photo work, and it works great!

Can have Fan issues
Have amended my review from 2 to 4 because the seller honored the warranty and worked with me to resolve. Took off one star because I still need to open and reinstall everything again. Overall, this is a perfect card for my needs, no heavy gaming, some cad and audio / visual work. And 'bang for buck', I consider one of the best options, esp with 8GB..prior review...Was a good card at a good price, but only lasted about 6 months. Fans just refused to start regardless of settings. Tried a few potential fixes through AMD software Adrenalin, to turn off a zero spin state, but did not appear on my options. Although GPU works, I cannot use for any games, just overheats (and shuts down). Was thinking of a fan replacement but ....

Excelent value for the price!
I had been looking for quite a while to upgrade my video card. I do not play games, other than Solitaire, but I do some serious computer graphics (Cad-Cam).My computer is rather old, but still powerful, but my old video card was really beginning to show it's age.I was also limited by the amount of power I could squeeze out my power supply for the new video card.I ordered this SHOWKINGS Radeon RX 580 8GB thinking for the price, how wrong can I go?Well, the card installed in a breeze, absolutelly no problems, the only thing was that I had to use a 6 to 8 pin power cable adaptor, which I had. Upon reboot, went to the AMD website, used their Drivers "discovery tool", which automatically installed the appropiate drivers! WOW!This card works like a charm, have had it now for a few weeks, it runs cool, and absolutely quiet! My power supply handles it perfectly ok, performance is superb! I wish I had decided earlier on upgrading!I cannot emphasize what a major upgrade for an older computer, for very low cost! You cannot go wrong!

Great Product
I bought this for a SFF PC (MATX). It's not for that, but after a little modification of the plastic case I made it work, which I'm sure voids the warranty, but I don't care, this thing is great. My PC is a DELL OptiPlex 7010. I replaced the CPU with an I-7 3770K up from an I-5 3470. Then I replaced my Radeon RX 550/550 with this card. With my old setup I had to play Skyrim on the lowest resolution out of 10, no rendering, no occlusion, no antialiasing(lowest quality) in order to get optimal performance from my GPU, and now I play on the 4th resolution out of10 with the 2nd highest quality(from ultra down to high) for the same, and the GPU runs much, much cooler.
