I was so nervous to purchase and use this as a plus size woman but it works wonderfully and does not collapse under my weight (5’4” 295lbs) I do have a hard time with rolling over my hair because it’s very long, so I’d suggest pulling your hair up in a bun or be prepared to have to hold your ponytail to the side. I struggle with back pain and this has definitely helped. I tend to use it for 3-5 minutes after I’ve been up and about doing chores or after walking on my treadmill. Most of the time all it takes is me leaning against it and my back pops like crazy! I like to use it right before bedtime to get my spine right. Obviously it’s a large solid ring, so it’s not easy to store, so it’s kinda just found a home near my other exercise equipment. The price may seem daunting but I feel like it’s worth it.

I bought this to complete my collection and finally get the wider roller as the thinner ones sometimes hurt my back because of the coverage. Chirp wheels help so much and get a good deep crack. The quality is pretty durable and the design is great for those who want more support when back rolling. It’s a big costly but sooo worth it! So I’ve been dealing with back problems for awhile. I slept on a cot or floor for a year in between housing/ moving. Since then it’s hurt. I got this, and was SO EXCITED. I read instructions, watched a few videos on YouTube. It hurts a little when I do it I think just because my back is sensitive.
