This product was absolutely awful. Nothing like the description provided. It is not a crummy. Product was very grainy and the taste was indescribable. Product also raised blood sugar level ke I had eaten 2 carbs. I would not suggest for anyone with type 2 diabetes.

These taste like poo poo but they seem to work. I take two in the morning and maybe one or two in the afternoon if needed.
