Just the right size and perfect for my needs for curing ham!

I use this for cremating my pet lizard, which works well For increasing the heat quite a bit, which helps speeding up the process

Why such a big bottle for such little content? It's like potato chips 95%air. I got two because shipping was cheaper to just buy another with out shipping charges

I haven't used it yet - it's going to be used for curing fish - hope it works well.

I purchased this to cure a beef brisket prior to St. Patrick's Day. For the record, I followed an Alton Brown Recipe.It did the job. It came out far better than the usual store-bought corned beef. I was very pleased.

Also used for Alton browns corned beef recipe and the corned beef turned out grey not pink. Followed recipe exactly.Edit- just the outside was brown from the air the inside was perfect pink/red my apologies.

I used it to make corned beef brisket. As good or better than any “pink” salt out there

I liked the product because it was pure potassium nitrate and not a mixture of salt with only 6% salt petre (Potassium nitrate)
