A love note to ooni. I have purchaseed every glove known to man since starting my sourdough journey. From oven mitts to welding gloves. NOTHING WORKS for Dutch ovens or sourdough bread. I was recently blessed to be able to purchase a simply bread oven and oh my gosh it has changed my life and my bread. That bread is HOT! It is beautiful and bubbly and HOT! These ooni gloves handles me loading and unloading, being careless a few times (yes I can admit that), holding hot loaves for pictures and so much more. They are so easy to slip on quick and use! Gone are that days where my fingers arms are melting. These Omni pizza oven gloves are the bomb people. I feel protected. I won't have to tell my daughter I'm a wayfinder anymore, thanks to no burns 🙂. They’re easy to keep clean and look nice to my oven. Thank you Ooni! We love you! They work well and keep hands safe

The gauntlets are, indeed heat resistant and cover most of the forearm, so as to keep soot, schmutz, etc. off the sleeves. They do limit dexterity, but not much dexterity is required to add wood to the fire.

I have a Kamado Joe III and needed gloves that could withstand high temperatures. These gloves did the trick.
