Like this spray, it helps me go to sleep as it's quite soothing and the smell is not overpowering, also the price for the pack of 3 is good.

Simply put, this is the best spray I've used.I personally love it, however, my year-and-a-half-old son who is sometimes a real pain when sleeping often has a noticeably better night's sleep when I spray on his pillow or in the surrounding area.You only need 1/2 spray as it's lovely and strong, but not overpowering or too much for children.Additionally, my oldest son (6) loves the spray, and helps him sleep all night too.Great price, may be on par with ordering on Avon but great with prime delivery.

I bought this as I hoped it would help me relax and sleep better. It didn't. However, it does have a nice and relaxing smell.
